Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase by contacting us at info@zevtero.com with your order number.

After 24 hours, we cannot guarantee cancellation because your order may already be processing. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but it may be eligible for return under this policy.


30-Day Returns

You may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unused

  • In their original condition

  • Returned with all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and tags

Our customer support team will guide you through every step of the return process.

Restocking Fee: None. We never charge restocking fees.


Return Shipping Costs

We Cover Return Shipping If:

  • You received the wrong item.

  • Your item arrived damaged.

  • Your item is defective or not functioning properly.

Customer Pays Return Shipping If:

  • You ordered the wrong item.

  • The item is no longer wanted.

  • The item doesn't meet your expectations.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.


How to Start a Return

  • Photos (if the item is damaged or defective)

Step 2 – Receive Return Instructions

Our team will provide return authorization and return instructions.

Step 3 – Ship Your Return

Package the item securely using the original packaging whenever possible and ship it using the instructions provided.


Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days after approval.

  • Depending on your bank or card issuer, additional processing time may apply.


Exchanges

We gladly assist with exchanges for eligible products.

If you'd like to exchange an item for another size, color, or replacement, please contact us at info@zevtero.com, and we'll help you through the process.


Lost or Missing Orders

If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us with your order number.

If the carrier confirms your package is lost, we will either:

  • Send a replacement at no additional cost, or

  • Issue a full refund to your original payment method.


Non-Returnable Items
