Care

Wipe the frame with a soft, slightly damp cloth. The cushion cover is removable; spot-clean it with mild soap and water and let it air dry. Wipe wet shoes before storing them.

Measure your wall space. The 28 in fits tight entryways, the 39 in seats one or two people, and the 47 in gives the most shoe storage and seating.

Will tall boots fit?
Yes. The shelves are adjustable and removable, with 3 height positions, so you can make room for boots.

Can I wash the cushion cover?
The cover is removable. Spot-clean with mild soap and water and air dry.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (order cutoff 2:00 PM Pacific Time, Monday–Friday) and typically arrive within 6–10 business days from the date your order is placed. Shipping is free on all U.S. orders, and every order includes tracking.

30-Day Returns

You can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging. We never charge restocking fees.

Return shipping is free if your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. For all other returns (for example, a change of mind), the customer pays return shipping. Please email us before sending a return so we can give you the return address.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.
