Measure Before You Buy

Allow a floor space of about 24 × 12 cm (9.5 × 4.7 in) beside the toilet. Mega and jumbo rolls may not fit the arm or reserve rod, so check your roll width before ordering.

A Few Things to Know

Measurements may vary by about 1–2 cm. Colors can look slightly different depending on your screen. Toilet paper, tissue box, plants, and other items shown in photos are not included.

Delivery

30-Day Returns

You can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging. We never charge restocking fees.

Return shipping is free if your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. For all other returns (for example, a change of mind), the customer pays return shipping. Please email us before sending a return so we can give you the return address.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.
